All rights, title, and interest in and to our services, including any software, are and will remain the exclusive property of DerfAutomation and its licensors.

Any feedback or suggestions provided by you to us are voluntarily given and, upon submission, become the property of 
DerfAutomation. We may use this feedback in any manner without obligation to you.

11. Third-party Links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible or liable for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources.

12. SMS Messages.

We use SMS (i.e. 'text') messaging to send event notifications, reminders, updates and interaction with our personnel. Subscribers will receive messages based on the status of the machinery they/we are monitoring.

SMS messages are sent under, identified by, our brand names; "DerfAutomation".

A. Subscription Opt in/Opt out is available to the general public via the 10 digit telephone numbers we deploy and control for the purpose of delivering our information service. Opt in may be accomplished by texting the keyword "START" to one of our SMS campaign numbers

Subscribers may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any number we are utilizing to send messages to you. After sending the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send an SMS message to confirm the unsubscribe. After this, no more SMS messages shall be received from us. A number may re-subscribe by following our proscribed opt-in process.
